I love this recipe.But is there anything that I can do to it to make it crust.Please help want to use it this weekend on my daughter's birthday cake.

The first time I made it, I didn't think it crusted much. But I've made it several times since then and found out that if you let it sit long enough it crusts pretty well. I even use the Viva method to smooth it. I wait 30 minutes to allow for crusting. For regular BC I only wait 10 minutes. Works like a charm, just add the add'l meringue powder as directed in the recipe.
