don't have any pictures but my suggestions are:

- have samples, preferably cupcakes (easy to walk and eat at the same time)

- have lots of hand-outs, preferably something that the potenial customer will keep (you can buy calendars that have a sticky part for your business card at any office supply store) pens also work too. i've seen people hand out dvd's/cd's with images of their work on them.

- set your booth up so that its an open space. draw the customer into the booth so you can have more of an intimate conversation.

- displays!!!! whether it be photos (make sure they're large so that they're visible as people just pass by) or cake dummies...people want to look at things! our real estate company brought in a small flat screen t.v. and we played our t.v. commercial which is just a bunch of pictures of the inside/ouside of homes for sale - you can even do that with your cakes.

- give something away. even if it doesn't relate to your product. brides love freebies!!! and you can have a part on the entry form that asks whether or not they've chosen someone to do their cake, their wedding date, whether or not they're interested in a consultation with you, etc....

- make it bridal feeling. decorate with candles, tulle, x-mas lights, hearts, pink, etc... brides are already excited that they are getting married so add to the excitement.

- have a "show special". like anyone who books with you at the show gets a discount or something for free. i do a free mini cake & coffee that i make/pack especially for the bride and groom to take with them since they usually don't have time to eat during the wedding.

- make any special incentives that you have stand out. i have a huge sign that says "get your wedding cake for free!" and my assistant and i wear buttons that say the same thing and then underneath in smaller letters it says ask me how. my incentive (which i got from another cc'er...don't remember who) is that bride A books her cake with me and gets bride B to book her cake with me also (on referral) well bride A gets 10% of bride B's total cake cost towards the purchase of her wedding cake.

ok i can't think anymore but i'm sure i have plenty of other tips. its just late and i'm tired. i'll be back tomorrow with more if you're interested.
