Does anyone know of a very tasty raspberry filling that does not need to be refrigerated?? I have searched the recipes section but havent had any luck with knowing what I am looking at (haha)....

I really wanted to do a raspberry cream cheese mousse filling and use Satin Ice fondant since it can be refrigerated, but so far have had NO luck using Satin Ice. It just melts down into extremely sticky goo within minutes of me rolling it.

Any ideas?

Thanks! Would I need to mix it with buttercream, or just fill it with straight raspberry?? It will be the filling for a red velvet tiered cake.

Depends on if you want a 'creme' filling or not. I use just plain raspberry ... no BC added.
