My son is getting married very soon and his bride to be wants a cake with ganache chocolate dripping down the sides. I have never made it until now when I made it just to experiment with it and I did not have good results. Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated . The chocolate seemed either too thick or too thin. [/center]

There are some good recipes on this site - or in your cakebook. However, I have found that you MUST use a better quality of chocolate, and high fat content cream....do not skimp.....it is worth it....

I like this recipe. It's a great consistency.
