Are you talking about MMF with or without the Crisco added??

I have only used the "regular" MMF recipe. I'm fairly new to fondant and find that MMF is harder to work with than the store bought stuff. I think next time I make it I'm going to try it with the Crisco as I find my MMF not very strechy.

I wanted to know if the one with Crisco added is easier to work with than the regular one.

i have only made MMF 3 times now, but the last 2 times i used the alternative recipe, and i think it is MUCH easier to work with. actually, when i am making it i just make sure i am very liberal with the crisco, and then when it is time to roll out i usually end up using corn starch. i have had good luck with this, but i also use a silicone mat. if i didn't have that it might be too sticky.
