A Once In A Lifetime Opportunity...

i am having keyboard issues, so pardon the typo's.
I was just at "The Fresh Market" a gourmet grocery store here in Chattanooga that I totally love picking up a few items that i had forgotten the day before. i had my 4 year old son with me and he was being especially helpful. i am sure glad that he was, cuz an older couple stopped and complimented me on his behavior. to make a long store short, we started talking and they asked me what i do for a living. i told her i was a Sugar Artist and that i do cakes.
Turns out this woman is a major influence in the social scene, a food critic and is in charge of planning a good majority of the social events for most of Chattanooga. We exchanged information and she wants to help me get a business going here in Chattanooga!
I about fainted. Just had to share this amazing experience.

That's really exciting for you!!!! It's so great when wonderful things just come from out of the blue and hit you on the head! Congratulations on getting your son to behave for you as well! I have a 4 year old son and know that that is a major accomplishment! Sounds like you just had an all around wonderful trip to the Fresh Market!

Thanks everyone for your support. I've been busy baking the cakes for the Halloween cake I'm doing, so I've been away from the computer.
I don't feel worthy or ready for this, so I'm sure going to be doing a LOT of practice over the next few weeks.
