I was wondering what kind of experience people have had w/ Satin Ice Gumpaste. I have found it to be a bit soft. When I make flowers, the petals have a hard time retaining their shape & tend to droop. When I make them w/ Wilton Gumpaste, they seem firmer. Is there anything I can add to the Satin Ice Gumpaste?

When I was at CK, the resident cake expert said that with the satin ice gumpaste, you needed to knead it into tylose. The wilton and the nick lodge gumpaste don't need the extra tylose.
