Does anyone know where to go to get a free web page for a licenced decorator? Is it pretty hard to design? Do I need to take some classes or should I hire someone?

you can do a free page yourself with freewebs.com. very easy to do, unless you have dial-up. then it's no fun!

I have tired all types of free webs. You get what you pay for unfortuntly.
I ended up using www.webpiston.com. They are about 20 bucks a month and very helpful in tech support. I found it to be very user friendly.
Good luck

Like I mentioned elsewhere: Go onto craigslist and post a "gig" under creative services. The place is usually crawling with talented kids looking to build portfolios and get references.

Alternatively, post in the barter section, and barter off a cake or two.

Either way, you're likely to get something FAR AND AWAY better than anything a free site host will get you. You'll likely have to pay for hosting/domain, but it's worth it.
