Help!!!! Left Over Peanut Butter Mousse

I just made cupcakes and a cake. I still have peanut butter mousse left. What are some ideas of what to do with it besides eating it with a spoon. I already thought of that one. How long will it last? TIA icon_smile.gif

How about miniature PB Mousse pies or whole Mousse pie with a crust made with chocolate wafer crumbs or Crushed oreo cookies then topped with caramel or hot fudge topping with whipped cream.? Yummy icon_smile.gif

Or brownies in a bowl and add mousse/whip cream and layers.

Ginnycakes3- great ideas!mmm...

How about a chocolate pudding layered parfait(sp?),easy,quick and you can dress it up by adding all kinds of goodies and put it in a fancy glass/goblet.

Just reminded me of my childhood and eating coloured jello co-ordinated with a holidays colour theme in my mom's fancy goblets and feeling like we were royalty...hehehe
....ahh the good ol dazes....

I would also love that recipe if you're willing to post it here. I like the parfaits idea the best- I found a recipe with choc pudding and peanut butter for parfaits from Martha Stewart, it was delicious!
