I "think" I have narrowed it down to 3 names (LOL @ me)

I like Carolyn's Cakes.
For some reason I don't like names with just letters, makes me wonder what they stand for. LOL! I'm weird though.

I like the first one the best. In fact it is the only one I like. 
It is easy to remember and it describes the business the best.

First one is best. ( the second reminds me too much of a D and C)
The third is a little hard to remember and say.
