Yet Another Pricing ? Need Help

I was asked to make and engagement cake for 70 ppl. She gave me the pic wants vanilla cake with whipped cream and strawberry filling. Need to ask her is she has the cake stand or she wants me to provide it but how much would you charge? Is $3/serving reasonable?

Are you doing it in fondant with fondant bow and spots like on pic or butter cream with fondant accents?

I would charge 3.50 per serving here.

My price would be $3.50 also, as long it was not fresh strawberries. If she wanted fresh strawberries then there would be an additional cost.

I would charge $15-20 for the bow.

Now to get close to 70 servings for a two tier I am coming up with using an 8" (20 servings) and an 12" (52 servings)

If you can go three tier then I would go 6-8-10 for a total of 70 servings. I use 1"x2"x4" serving sizes.

So for the two tier my price would be $272 for the three tier it would be $265.

I highly suggest calling local bakeries to see what they charge. (Wal-mart, target, and grocery stores do not count!)
