How To Post Pictures?

Girls i need your help!
I would like to share something with you all but don't know how to post the pictures, i've the pictures saved in "my pictures " not on this site
please help me.

I believe you click on Galleries, then click Upload Photo....then select what gallery you want it to go in. Then click browse and it should let you select one of your photos saved. When done click submit!

you need to go to my photos and click upload. from there you go to the "browse" it will take you to your photos currently on your pc click which one you want and hit upload picture. pick which album you want it in and that should do it. let me know if you need more help.

Girls, I did it! Thank you so much! now please take a look at my photo, this is what i wanted to share with you, hope you like it , I think it's a great gift holiday idea! Tell me what you think? I also have the instructions if interested let me know.

Sorry, had to delete the photo, since it was scanned from a book and i didn't know it was not permitted but will post my work soon.

Could you all help? Is a 1/4 sheet cake a 9x13 or an 11x15? I went to get cake boards and asked for a 1/4 sheet cake and I think the board is wrong or in my mind I have really screwed up. Please let me know. I know I can count on all of you!!!!!!!
