I love black cocoa! I think it has a much better flavor than regular cocoa.

It can be ordered through King Arthur Flour.

You can find the Hershey's Special Dark on Amazon

Actually, I have bought black cocoa from King Arthur, and I have tried the Hershey's Special Dark cocoa edition, which I purchased in my local supermarket. I think the King Arthur brand is smoother.

I have also purchased the brown type of Valrhona cocoa, on a whim. I paid $6 for 8 oz of it - it was cocoa heaven.

I just bought some cocoa from Penzey's spices. Smells really good. Can't wait to try it.
