What do you charge for delivery? 40 miles?

please help on this! Does anyone charge for delivery of their wedding cakes or should it be included....what distance do you start charging if so?

I personally would charge for 40 miles. Anything over 25 in my book with the prices of gas these days. I tell people $1 per mile over 25 miles with a minimum of a $10 charge. So 40 miles would be $15.
I think everyone does it different though so it is really whatever is best for you.
