I've made lots of cake truffles and never add liquid as my cakes are very moist already. Instead of bc icing or a liquid creamer try a powdered creamer with flavors such as cinnamon vanilla or caramel vanilla. I add coconut, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips to the cake and add a little of the dry creamer and they come out the right consistency. Best of luck to you ![]()
