Everytime I try to make cake balls they come out too wet. Are you supposed to bake them more?? I did chocolate cake with buttercream icing and they were way too moist. I tried adding powdered sugar and that did not help either.

I've made lots of cake truffles and never add liquid as my cakes are very moist already. Instead of bc icing or a liquid creamer try a powdered creamer with flavors such as cinnamon vanilla or caramel vanilla. I add coconut, chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips to the cake and add a little of the dry creamer and they come out the right consistency. Best of luck to you thumbs_up.gif
