A fabulous soft and chewy oatmeal cookie recipe? I need to make a bunch of different cookies for a conference and I need a good oatmeal cookie recipe. I have made choc. chip, NFS (from this sight),and chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips. Now all I need is oatmeal.

My favorite oatmeal cookie recipe is the one on the inside of the can of Quaker Oatmeal... they are nice and chewy - YUM!!
