Hey there
I have made MMF a few times and it turned out fine, but in the microwave the marshmallows never seem to get very liquid. My question is, would melting the marshmallows on the stove to a liquid form get a better texture of MMF?
Thanks
Ash

It sounds like you're not cooking them enough. Are you adding in the water? Maybe you're packing in too many marshmallows?

I couldn't see why doing it over the stove wouldn't work well, if not better because you have a more even heat. I'm just not sure that it's necessary.

I tried this, and what I found is. As long as the marshmallows are hot enough, even though they may not all look like they are liquid, they will liquify when you start mixing with the PS.
