Here is what I have for fillings
6"-.5 cup
8"- 1 cup
10"-1.5 cups
12"- 2cups
14"- 3 cups.
That is from Wilton, so it may be on the light side and it depends on how much filling you want to use. I would add a bit more on to make sure you are covered Hth

I went to my cake class last night and our teacher said just to be sure the pan is at least half to 2/3 full. I know that doesn't give you exact measurements, but if I were in your shoes, I would probably make more than I needed so I would be sure I had enough.
