I ordered some raspberry filling from country kitchens. I know it says that it wont seep into the cake, but I am just checking to be sure that if I use it with white cake it wont run all the way through?? I made some homemade raspberry once and it was a disaster. It was as if someone dumped a gallon of water on my cake, it was completely wet. Hence my reason for ordering the raspberry filling this time. Thanks

I've used the chocolate/raspberry truffle filling from CC and had NO problems with it seeping into the cake. Same has been true with bavarian cream. NO problems. Take a look in the recipes and look for fillings. They are easy to make and do not mess up the cake. thumbs_up.gif

Merissa, I have used the raspberry filling from country kitchens, and it's very good. It did not make the cake soggy or seep into the cake at all. I have had lots of feedback as well, that the customer loved the filling. HTH!

Great! Thank you. I just had to set my mind at ease since this would be a cake for a customer...not me.
