Just wanted to tell everyone that I have a new baby brother!! He was born last night, and he's healthy, so what more can this big sis want? Now I need to change my screenname...bigsisof5kids now...

Ha, ha! I'm in school with the Big sis so I already know!!! But I don't want to take the joy of telling you all away from her so I'll let her do it.
Congrats to you and your family!!! I'm sure he's adorable! I'll bring a small baby gift to school on monday along with all the other 35 pounds of gear we have to haul.
Thank you all SO much for your kind words I JUST got back from the hospital, and feel CC deprived lol. Paul David was born at 9:41pm, Oct. 19th, and weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., 22 inches long (tall baby!) And he is simply ADORABLE!!! (They say he looks like my baby pictures lol ) the cutest part, is that he has a big dimple right in the middle of his chin, like my mom. SO CUTE!! and, despite the emergency C-section, my mom is recovering fine, but has to stay @ the hospital for a few days. So I'll be VERY busy watching the rest of my siblings this weekend. Thank you ALL so much for joining in on all my excitement!! *hugs* ( and SPECIAL thanks to you, mkolmar )

He was born on my dad's birthday, so I feel sure he will be a very special boy.
Glad your mom is doing all right, it does take a little time to recuperate from a C-section, especially an emergency one. Your parents are lucky to have you to help take care of your brothers and sisters.
