Hello all, I am making a Tramisu cake for the very first time at the request of a customer....it will be a small cake, probably 9in, any ideas on what I should charge??

Oh my gosh, thank you soooooooo much!! Do you know if I can use a regular 9in pan or does this require a specail pan as well?
