Buttercream Smoothers... Need Your Help

okay between, the hot knife, the computer paper, the basket weave tip and now my foam paint roller, my buttercream is getting better. Not great and no where near what you guys can do but I see improvements.

One thing I am still struggling with is getting a clean edge. Can anyone advise me how you do this???

I still end up with the lumpy bumpy bits icon_mad.gif

maybe your bc is just a little thick...since i have started using the foam roller i get edges that look like fondant...just a thought.

Have you read the article from this site on "how to frost a square cake"? It shows you how to get those perfect corners/edges.
