Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me what color combinations would make mint green? I have a few different Wilton gel greens, but I don't know what to add to it to make it a mint color.

Thanks for any advice.

Michele

Americolor do a Mint green colour, I just got some this week (from CC, of course!) and the colour is perfect!

If you don't need it immediately, I recommend ordering some from CC - saves the guess work and fiddling around with all those messy cocktail sticks!

Oh, sorry!

Hopefully someone else will be able to come up with a combo that will help!

If you let us know which greens you already have, it may help someone tell you how to mix them up to get what you're after.

I am leery to say that with those greens you may not end up with the color that you are looking for. I think mint green is going to be hard to achieve with your color selection.

You can try to take the smallest amount of either leaf or kelly green into your icing and see if you come up with the mint you are looking for, and like I stated, start with a very minimal amount of color and ad as you go.

Good luck! thumbs_up.gif

Check out this color mixing chart. Perhaps it can be of some help. It's also posted in "Templates" here on CC.

Thanks for all your advice. I did my best. It came out very close. I was making some mint accents for cookies. They were sample cookies for an upcoming Quinceanera.

Thanks,

Michele
