Does anyone other than Satin Ice make purple fondant? Ideally, I need more of a plum color and theirs seems much brighter than that. I don't really want to color my own in case I end up needing more and not matching.

It depends if you need it to taste good or not. If taste is not a factor you can kneed Wiltons Red and Blue together. If it is Im sure you could just add some more blue to the Satin Ice to make it more of a plum color.

Cal Java makes a purple fondant as seen from this link from Pfeil and Holing: http://www.cakedeco.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_prod.html?p_prodid=7948&p_catid=70&page=1

It doesn't look plum-ish though.
