Okay, so it's pastor appreciation month, and I thought I would take a cake to the pastor. Anyone have any ideas? I could just make a generic fall type cake or I could....? Any thought?

I would use the book pan. On one "page", do a cross or praying hands and on the other "page" maybe you could quote Phillipians 1:3 "I thank my God whenever I remember you."

Something cool I saw (but don't recall where), someone had used the cross pan, used pearl white fondant and had like a drapery or something hanging/flowing from one side of the cros down- it looked really nice and sleek. I'll try to find it- hope this helps any...
