Defrosting?

can anyone give me a round about time frame for frozen BC or Fondant cakes to defrost? (I'm freezing them for far away delivery's and need to time it out)

I can only give advice on the buttercream one....if it's in layers, already decorated etc, I would say 24hrs and it would be thawed and ready to eat.
