Ok, I want to make cake balls for my son's Halloween Class Party. I really wanted to do something different because we are not allowed to bring in cakes, and everyone brings in CUPCAKES!!! SO, my question is can I just make a yellow cake, bake it like normal and then use the coffee creamer and then use the melted chocolate to cover. Thanks

You are meaning to use the cake with the creamer rolled as balls? There is an awesome couple of photos in the gallery for Halloween that has some done as Eyeballs and some done as pumpkins. Although I have not done that kind YET, wherever I've taken them the cake balls are a HUGE hit!

Hope this helps somewhat icon_smile.gif

What a GREAT idea!! Also, I just made cake balls for the first time a week ago. I put the cake scraps in my food processor and pulsed just a couple of times. Worked GREAT!
