I AM A NEW MEMBER TO CAKE CNETRAL AND MY INSTRUCTOR ASKED FOR A HISTORY REPORT ON CAKE DECORATING AND I CANNOT FIND ANYTHING.CAN ANYBODY HERE HELP ME!

I have a book I got at Borders called The Essential Guide to Cake Decorating. It's made by Borders and is farely inexpensive. I think it was only $10.00. There is a two page section in the front called Cake Decorating Through the Centuries. It's really quite fascinating. If you had a Borders near you you could check it out. The isbn # is 1-74045-772-2.
