How many times have we complained about icing being grainy? I just threw away 3 kilos of icing because of graininess. Well, I just learned you can add a FEW DROPS of GLYCERIN, beat the icing again and the icing will be smoothed. (ref: Cakes By Design, pg.37 hint). Boy, am I going to remember that.
