Any ideas for a Jimmy Buffet Cake. Want to make a cake for my sister-in-laws 40th birthday and she is a HUGE buffet fan.

How about making the top of the cake look like a beach (graham cracker crumbs) and then make a MMF cheeseburger sitting under a beach umbrella.

or how about just making one of those hamburger cakes............and get a cute paper umbrella..........maybe you could make one to just put on the cake board maybe add brown sugar around the burger........maybe a corona next to it LOL

Ok, in a really perfect cake world (and that's what we strive for right? LOL)....I can picture a big cheeseburger cake covered in fondant and a Jimmy Buffett fondant character standing on a beach playing guitar and singing with a fondant character of your friend !!! How about that? And of course, there would be a margarita somewhere on the cake......

Have you checked in the photo galleries for pictures (search for "cheeseburger" or "Buffet"). I've gotten lots of good ideas this way.

Good luck......I wanna see this one when it's done !!!!

there's actually a cake like this in the gallery....but i don't remember who it was by. anyway - look up strawberry margarita and its a margarita glass with a parrot sitting in it and she included some stuff from the song.
