Does anyone know where I can find candy rocks for an under the sea theme cake? I have seen them on some of the cakes in the gallery but have no idea where to find them around town.

My local grocery store sells them in the bulk food section.

I made the Cars cake and made mine out of fondant. Then I went to a local service station and in their candy aisle they had candy that looked just like rocks. I have found a lot of great things in the service station candy aisle for decorations. Give it a try as those packages usuallly only run a dollar or so.

I just finished a Castle Rock Cake....
I got my rocks, at the Sweet Factory chain, it is is our malls out here in CA. I also found some at stores like trader joes or sprouts... A place that sells nuts and dried fruit and candy... etc..
Hope this helps! They are $$$, because they were sold by the pound and very heavy!
