Help What Am I Doing Wrong Posting Pics

Ok I haven't posted pics in awile. I just posted 2 pics and there isn't the spaces for comments. I want input on my pictures and the spaces aren't there WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????
You may have your account profile set to not allow comments. To check this:
Go to "My Forum Info" in the My Account area on the right side of the screen.
Scroll down until you see "Allow other members to post comments on my photos:", and check whether it is set to yes, so other people can comment.
I think that if this is set to yes, you have a option to allow comments or not for each photo you post.
