I started coming to Cake Central and decided to add my cakes. Is been only a few months and the question that most people ask me is how do you get your buttercream so smooth...cause most of my cakes are done in buttercream..Well...
This is my question...what type of buttercream icing do people use the most?.... My favorite is the wilton recipee...but people don't know how to make it well...One big hint...if you over beat and beat it at high speed it will get air in it forming air bubbles and your icing will never be smooth! I am planning on telling people how i do it..i just want some feedback on what type of buttercream they use and ho hard it dries.... icon_biggrin.gif

SMBC is, without a doubt, the best BC ever.

I absolutely HATE powdered sugar icings. They are ALL gritty. Ugh.
