How do I get the color silver for fondant???

I'd begin with a light grey fondant and then brush all over with silver luster dust. If you are doing small areas, you can make a "paint" with a small amount of vodka (or other clear alcohol) and luster dust, and then paint it on with a paintbrush.

I just made some for a 25th anniversary cake - tint some white fondant with a LITTLE bit of black coloring. Then dust with silver luster dust. Good luck!!
