Can I Freeze Fillings

Wondering if I could make up some different fillings and freeze them so when I need them they are ready? Thanks

I think it depends on the type of fillings. I always freeze my preserves (if I have extra) and frosting-type fillings, but never have had luck with mousses, etc. HTH!

I don't think fillings with cream or eggs freeze well, but I'm not totally sure. Maybe someone else can tell you.
