I think it depends on the type of fillings. I always freeze my preserves (if I have extra) and frosting-type fillings, but never have had luck with mousses, etc. HTH!

I don't think fillings with cream or eggs freeze well, but I'm not totally sure. Maybe someone else can tell you.

^^ this recipe does not freeze well at all. Found out the hard way - it went all lumpy amd gross ![]()
