The cake store others have talked about. It is worth a drive to see it? I am thinking a day trip is in order this fall!

Are you thinking of the Wilton store.

I've been to the tent sale where everything is at least 40% off and that was fun.

I was there this summer ... took a bit to find the actual store as it's not at the Wilton building .. but in a strip mall down the road .. and sadly I was not that impressed ... there really wasn't anything there that I couldn't get at the local WalMart, JoAnns or Factory Card Outlet ...
If you can swing Fort Wayne, Indiana -- Country Kitchen is a WOW cake supply store ..

Thanks Nancy, that's what I was looking for! Someone just said it was "near" Chicago. I guess they were a little off but thats the one I want. Country Kitchen here I come!

As mentioned in another posting --- Take A List !!!

I definately need another jaunt there .. mine came on the way home from NY .. 8 hours already on the road .. and I just know I missed 1/2 of everything there was to see ... cookie cutters and books alone took up a good 45 min ..
