ok so i went and stole my moms pizza pan...that she has never used...because i am having a fit to make one of the big decorated cookies like you see at the shops in the mall...lol...but how should i attack this? should i roll the doughand then put it in the pan , or should i just press the dough into the pan?

also...how long would it take one if them suckers to cook?

thanks for any help that yall can give me on this!!

i think take the dough and press into pan. as for time, i think about 25-30min--watch and test after 20min.

If you are planning on serving it on a cake board or something other than the pan, I would line the pan with parchment before spreading the dough.

ahh hadnt thoiught about the parchment...glad i hadnt put the dough in yet...lol

I would roll it out on the parchment lift it up on to the pan then cut with a knife the same size as the pan. I would also lower the oven temp a little to like 325 and then bake it for a few min. longer than normal that way when you cut it it will be done all the way.
