I'm guessing not, but thought it was worth a shot since it's on sale for .99 this week! icon_rolleyes.gif

If you freeze it.It won't ruin the taste of it,but it will most deffinately alter the appearence and texture of it.After it is defrosted it will have a gritty texture. The cream and the buttercream in the sour cream seperate and you can't smooth it back to normal.I personaly would not recomend it.

Same with cream. If you freeze it, it tastes fine, but it won't whip up.

If you're going to use it in cake batter, etc, it will be just fine. I wouldn't put it in something where it only melts, like stroganoff, and definately not cold, like on a baked potato, but it can be cooked with.

Since it is on sale, I'd say by it, freeze it then try it. icon_smile.gif And let us know how it works.
