Good Software Program To Create Wedding/ Shower Favor Labels

I have been looking for a good program that I can make simple but pretty favor labels for weddings, baby showers and other celebrations. Ideally, I would like to be able to create a round or oval label with the name or names, date... etc. in a pretty font with a border or some cute clip art. Does anyone knows of something like this or a good way to make professional looking label/favor tags? Thanks!
I've used Microsoft Publisher to make labels. It's not a high-end software program and is very easy to use.
I use Publisher and Scrapbook factory deluxe. SFD is by far my favorite. They have lots of cute fonts, clip art and backgrounds.
