When I was young and we would go to my Grandma's house for Christmas day she would always make a Rhubarb and Custard dessert (they were from England). I would really love to have that dessert for Christmas this year but when she died it went with her. icon_cry.gif Has anybody ever heard of this? Please let me know if you have. icon_smile.gif

I'm not really sure what this Dessert is, but I just did a google search for rhubarb custard desserts and there were tons of different recipes! I loved this Italian pasta cake thing that my grandmother made and like yours she took the recipe with her. I just searched for all kinds of recipes and practiced on my family. I've mixed and matched all different things and I am almost there. You have some time before christmas. Start experimenting. Good luck!
