When I was young and we would go to my Grandma's house for Christmas day she would always make a Rhubarb and Custard dessert (they were from England). I would really love to have that dessert for Christmas this year but when she died it went with her.
Has anybody ever heard of this? Please let me know if you have. ![]()

I'm not really sure what this Dessert is, but I just did a google search for rhubarb custard desserts and there were tons of different recipes! I loved this Italian pasta cake thing that my grandmother made and like yours she took the recipe with her. I just searched for all kinds of recipes and practiced on my family. I've mixed and matched all different things and I am almost there. You have some time before christmas. Start experimenting. Good luck!
