When you make the Darn Good Chocolate Cake, do you use water, milk or syrup for the liquid? I'm trying it for the first time for my first order. I'm going to make the syrup frosting to frost and decorate it. I guess it's gonna be called a "Chocolate Overload" cake!!!

The DH cake mix calls for water.
Milk is used for added richness and slower staling.
Hershey syrup has water and chocolate for more intense chocolate flavor.

If you've never made the cake before, I would opt for using the water.

Good luck and have fun icon_biggrin.gif
