Could anyone provide me with serving charts that they use. The ones from Wilton I find not to be useable in the 'real' world. I'm looking for party servings and wedding servings as party servings are bigger.

Trying to get a price list together for my company and I keep changing the serving sizes with different charts I'm finding. Ultimately I want to have two charts (one for party and one for wedding) with price table so it's a quick reference when customers call.

Thanks everyone!

I use the chart listed on www.earlenescakes.com. I don't use different charts for party and wedding because the only ones I have ever seen say that party cakes are 2"x2"x2" and wedding cakes are 1"x2"x4"...that equals the same amount of cake. Wilton's are tiny....

I averaged the Wilton Wedding Chart with Earlene's Chart and I use that for both my wedding and party servings.
