icon_biggrin.gif I look at the Wilton chart for the wedding cake that sever 150 people i am going to use 6 8 10 14 but it only feeds 141 with out the top layer does any body now what other size cake would work better

Maybe use a 12" instead of 10"??

I usually go with a 6-9-12-14 for 150. It probably serves 160, but the proportions of the cake sizes look good to me.

I like 6 9 12 14 but if you have the half circle pan I like 6 9 12 16 better

I use 14/12/8/6 for 150, 6" not counted in the servings. THis total 158 per the wilton wedding chart.
