Well in the wake of all these issues with a different company that I shall omit from naming I wanted to take a moment to toss out some positive things about a different supplier. Into the oven. www.intotheoven.com
About a week or so ago I made a HUGE mess out of one of my orders. It was totally my fault and admittedly I really made a mess. Not only was my self made disaster addressed with patience and respect, but they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get everything straightened out. Into the ovens customer service has always seemed to me to be wonderful, but after this past order I must say exemplary does not even begin to give their customer service justice. I am happy to say that I now sit here with two 20lb buckets of satin ice and one 5 lb bucket of gumpaste, all thanks to the OUTSTANDING customer service that I received from Into the oven.

I totally agree with you on this one. IntoTheOven is a great supplier for Satin Ice and gumpaste. Have only used them several times but they certainly are prompt with deliveries and their products are terrific. I would highly recommend them to all CC members. 
Just wanted to add my thoughts. They are just awesome! My orders ALWAYS arrive on time and they are just so nice and helpful.
My hat is off to a business like that!!!!! They have a newsletter too--- just haven't had time to read it.

Isn't it GREAT when you get customer service that is wonderful!!! THanks for the heads up. This is the third or fourth time I have heard good things about these people. Gonna have to order from them VERY soon!

I ordered yesterday and made a mess with my ordering. It was my fault completely. I called them immediately to straighten out my order. They were polite and very helpful. Well, this morning they called me back to confirm that they had the order correct before they packed and shipped it. Now this is customer service!!

I absolutely love them!!!!! I ordered alot of Satin Ice and when it came the box was smashed. I opened it and sone of the containers were open and the fondant was hard. The immediately replaced all the fondant. NO PROBLEM!!!!!! And the customer service has never been anything but great. Highly recommend them.
Oh I love them to....I had ordered with them one day...then the next day I had forgot to add something...all this was done online...I knew since it was my fault that i would have to pay the extra shipping for 1 item..NOPE they caught it and threw it in with the other items at no charge!! I love intotheoven.com!
