When you put the batter in the pan alternate the white and chocolate spoonfuls, then swirl gently with a knife.

I assume you are meaning, mixing two cake mixes like chocolate and white together? You aren't getting a good looking swirl? If so, I just did one of those this weekend. I found if I mixed too much it ran together too much. Then you had pretty much a chocolate mess again.... icon_cool.gif
But if I just ran a spoon through it gently and made only a couple passes/swirls through the pan, and left it, it turned out real good! It looked real pretty. thumbs_up.gif
I also poured the mixes in sort of layered. First white, then chocolate, then white, and chocolate. That seemed to help in the swirling also.
I hope this helps.....I hope thats what you were looking for. icon_redface.gif

i usually just pour most of the pan full of one flavor and then dot the second flavor and pull those dots through to make the swirls
