This question has been beaten to death, but I need reassurance. When I butt all the cupcakes together there are gaps-How do you prevent the frosting from collapsing in the holes. I have the icing tip and need to buy a larger piping bag-but I'm just so worried the frosting will droop into the gaps.

The icing will not go down inbetween the gaps...if you push the cc's up close enough, and depending on the shape of your ccc, your gaps may be very very small.

The icing tip is a great way to ice cc's.

Good Luck!

If you have a large gap, fill it up with icing thumbs_up.gif .
