Here's the recipe that Bobby Flay used on the episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay when he challenged Michelle Doll doing wedding cakes. Everyone on the show seemed to like it. I've been wanting to try just haven't yet. The chocolate blackout cake is the one bobby did and the vanilla one Michelle did, that also sounds yummy. Let me know if try it and how it tastes.

This is an Entemann's black out cake - not quite the six layers described in the recipes.
