Ok - I need a good blue icing coloring for a cookie monster cake that will NOT turn my hands, the counter, my customer's teeth or mouth blue! Is there one out there? I have such trouble with this!!!!

maybe you could try using the spray icing colors in the can??? then only the top layer of the icing would be blue...underneath would be white.......or you could use blue rolled buttercream or fondant and it could be peeled off if they don't want to eat blue!
