Because I am in Oklahoma and things are cheap here, I just asked a little more than usual--I usually charge $1/serving for sheet cakes. My flip flop cake http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-photo_623393.html
served about 20-25 people so I charged $30. It truly depends on the area you are in. I considered them a carved cake because that's what I did--I carved them out of sheet cake, but it was a pretty simple carve!
