What is the best way to get a cake that is "topsy turvy"? I really want to have this type of cake, but my cake maker is unsure that she is able to do this. Please help!!!!

Are you looking for someone to make it for you? or are you looking to make it yourself?

have her come to this site to register and she can read the tutorial on how to assemble. depending on her experience and comfort level with trying something new, and your confidence and trust in her skill, she may want to take it on. otherwise, i'd say look for another decorator who knows how to do it. also, just expect to pay a higher price for it, its alot of work.

I totally agree with Melysa. If she's never done a cake like this one, she may need to do a practice cake before your actual event. Here's the tutorial but like Melysa said, she needs to register.

Good Luck!

Thanks ladies! I forwarded the info to my cake person. I do trust her a lot, she has been doing cakes for a long time, she has just never had a request for this type of cake before.
